SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT - Rangoli Cinema
Effective Date: [08, NOVEMBER 2025]
THIS DOCUMENT IS AN ELECTRONIC RECORD in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the rules thereunder as applicable, and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
Rangoli Cinema, owned and operated by Naba Durga Movies Private Limited (“Company”/ “we” / “us” / “our”), provides users an online entertainment platform through its website and mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Platform”). The Platform allows users to access, view, and subscribe to original and licensed digital entertainment content including films, series, short films, and documentaries (“Content”).
These Subscriber Terms form a legal and binding agreement (“Subscriber Agreement”) between you (“Subscriber” / “you” / “your”) and Naba Durga Movies Private Limited governing your use of subscription-based services (“Subscription Service”) offered by Rangoli Cinema.
By downloading, installing, browsing, subscribing, or using the Platform and/or the Subscription Service, you expressly agree to be bound by this Subscriber Agreement. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not browse, download, install, or use the Platform.
1. ELIGIBILITY
1.1 To subscribe to our Subscription Service, you must be at least 12 years of age.
1.2 If you are a minor, you may use the Subscription Service only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by this Agreement.
2. SUBSCRIPTION
2.1 To use Rangoli Cinema’s Subscription Service, you must have internet access, a compatible device, and an active account on the Platform.
2.2 Your subscription will be valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase under the Subscription section of our Platform.
2.3 You may choose from different subscription plans designed for your convenience. Once you select a plan, you must register and complete payment to activate your subscription.
2.4 You agree to provide accurate personal and payment information during registration. Your information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
2.5 We may revise subscription packages, pricing, or features from time to time. Any change will apply at your next renewal or new purchase.
2.6 Once subscribed, you may access your plan on multiple supported devices, subject to plan limitations mentioned at the time of purchase.
2.7 The Content available under your subscription may vary based on licensing rights and regional availability. We do not guarantee the continued availability of any specific title.
2.8 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Subscription Service at our sole discretion.
2.9 Your subscription is personal, non-transferable, and non-commercial. You may not use the Platform or Content for public performance, commercial distribution, or resale.
3. PAYMENT AND BILLING
3.1 The subscription fee and any applicable taxes will be charged to your selected Payment Method as per the billing cycle of your plan.
3.2 You authorize Rangoli Cinema to charge your Payment Method on a recurring basis unless you opt out or cancel the auto-renewal before the next billing date.
3.3 If payment fails due to expiry, insufficient funds, or other reasons, we may suspend your access until a valid Payment Method is updated.
3.4 All payments made are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Partial refunds or credits are not applicable for unused periods.
4. CANCELLATION
4.1 You may cancel your subscription anytime by visiting My Account > My Subscription > Manage Subscription on the Platform.
4.2 Cancellation requests made at least 48 hours before renewal will stop auto-renewal.
4.3 Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your billing cycle.
4.4 No refunds shall be provided for early termination or unused subscription periods.
5. SUBSCRIBER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree not to:
(a) Host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, or share any unlawful, obscene, or infringing content.
(b) Copy, download, reproduce, distribute, or transmit any Content without authorization.
(c) Use any automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the Platform.
(d) Impersonate another individual or misrepresent your identity.
(e) Use the Platform for illegal or commercial purposes.
(f) Infringe upon any intellectual property rights belonging to the Company or third parties.
Violation of any of these conditions may lead to immediate suspension or termination of your subscription, without refund, and may invite legal action.
6. DATA AND PRIVACY
6.1 Your personal information will be collected and processed as per our Privacy Policy.
6.2 We may use your data to provide personalized recommendations, improve user experience, and comply with legal requirements.
6.3 By using the Subscription Service, you consent to receiving communications related to your subscription, offers, and service updates.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1 All Content available on the Platform, including but not limited to movies, series, soundtracks, artwork, graphics, and logos, are owned or licensed by Naba Durga Movies Private Limited.
7.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and view the Content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. TERMINATION BY US
8.1 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account or subscription immediately if:
- You violate this Agreement or any applicable law;
- You engage in unauthorized or fraudulent activity;
- We discontinue the Service or Platform.
8.2 In such cases, no refund shall be issued, and we may take appropriate legal action where necessary.
9. CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT
9.1 We reserve the right to modify or update this Subscriber Agreement at any time without prior notice.
9.2 Continued use of the Platform after any modification shall constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
9.3 If you do not agree with the modified terms, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
10. DISCLAIMERS
10.1 You agree that your use of the Platform and Content is at your own risk.
10.2 All Content is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
10.3 We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free functionality, or accuracy of any Content.
10.4 The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
11.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
11.2 Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
