Data Deletion Request:
To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, send an email from the registered email address associated with your account to nabadurgamovies@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and provide the information requested in the message. We will verify your request and, subject to applicable law and our retention requirements, take reasonable steps to delete your personal data.
16. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of Kolkata, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes relating to this Privacy Policy.
17. Miscellaneous
- This Policy applies only to information collected by the Services and does not apply to information collected offline or by third parties who are not subject to this Policy.
