Once your request is verified, we will delete your personal data within 15 business days, unless retention is required by law.

6. CONDITIONS WHERE DELETION MAY BE RESTRICTED

  • Permanent deletion from active and backup servers;

Once deleted, data cannot be recovered or restored.

8. DELETION OF THIRD-PARTY DATA

If you signed up or made payments through third-party services (Google, Facebook, Apple ID, payment gateways, etc.), you must also contact them directly to delete stored data from their systems as per their individual privacy policies.

9. DEACTIVATION VS DELETION

  • Deactivation: Suspends your access but retains data in case you reactivate later.
  • Deletion: Permanently erases all personal data associated with your account and cannot be undone.

10. CHILDREN’S DATA

Rangoli Cinema does not knowingly collect or retain data of users below 12 years of age without parental consent. If any such data is found, it will be promptly deleted upon verification.
